Privacy statement

Last updated: 9 May 2026. TomorrowBoard values your privacy and handles personal data with care. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

TomorrowBoard is a Dutch company that provides AI Transition Officers (AITOs) to organizations. You can reach us at raymond@tomorrowboard.nl or fleur@tomorrowboard.nl.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide, plus anonymized usage statistics:

  • Contact details you enter in our contact form: name, email, organization, role, phone number (optional), and your message.
  • Anonymized visit statistics via Google Analytics 4 (see below), only if you grant consent.

3. Why we use this data

We use the contact form data solely to respond to your question or request and to schedule a follow-up conversation. We do not share this data with third parties, except for our form provider (Formspree, Inc., based in the U.S.) which technically facilitates form submission under appropriate GDPR safeguards.

The usage statistics help us understand which content is most useful, so we can improve the site.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Only when you click "Accept" do we place a statistical cookie from Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC). It helps us see anonymously how many people visit the site, which channels they come from, and which pages they read.

We do this as privacy-friendly as possible:

  • IP addresses are anonymized before processing.
  • We do not share data with Google for advertising purposes (no Google Ads, no remarketing).
  • Cross-site tracking is disabled.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time via "Change cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

If you decline, Google Analytics does not place a cookie and does not send any data about your visit.

5. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact moment, unless an active engagement exists. Google Analytics statistics are retained for 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have data deleted.
  • Object to processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

To make a request, email raymond@tomorrowboard.nl. We respond within four weeks.

7. Changes

This privacy statement may be updated. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
